indianapolis, indiana student mission 2018: faq's

What are the dates for the trip? 

We will leave on Saturday 6/17/18 and return Saturday 6/22/18. 


How old do I need to be to attend this trip? 

You'll need to be going into 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the 2018/2019 school year. 


Who will chaperone this trip? 

Our team of adult youth leaders from Westbridge will be the chaperones for this trip. 


What is the cost of this trip? 

The cost of this trip is $549, a non-refundable down payment of $50 is required to hold your spot. 

($50 down payment will be applied to your final balance) 


How do I register? What is the registration deadline? 

You can register for this trip by clicking HERE. The registration deadline is Sunday, February 5th, 2018. 


How will we get to Indianapolis? 

VANS!! White vans loaded with snacks and students ready to serve! 


What is included in the cost of this trip? 

All Transportation, lodging, food, team t-shirt, mission supplies and post trip activities. The only additional cost may be dress code/packing items and spending money for souvenir purchases. 


What will we be doing in Indianapolis? 

We will work with Youthworks to serve in a variety of different ways. We will serve with the elderly and homeless communities, work at food and clothing distribution centers, soup kitchens and with kids through local community kids ministry program. We will also spend the last 24 hours of our trip debriefing, having fun and exploring as a team before we get home.
