WHAT ARE  LIFE GROUPS AT WESTBRIDGE?

At Westbridge, we believe life is a team sport – best done together!  We encourage everyone at Westbridge to be involved in a mid-week Life Group & serve on a weekend team. 
 
As our church grows larger on the weekends, we grow smaller & more connected during the week!  Life Groups are a great way to meet new friends, grow in your relationship with God & just have fun!

FAQS

When are Life Groups?
Life Group seasons run three times a year for 6-10 weeks at a time – similar to a college course schedule.  Many Life Groups are brand new each season, so don’t worry about being new – EVERYONE IS!
What is a small group?
A small group is where groups of 8-12 people gather to discuss the message given over the weekend. This is a perfect opportunity to grow spiritually outside of Sunday. Each small group meets weekly or bi-weekly to grow in community, discussion, and prayer.
What is a Connect Group?
Connect groups gather over a shared interest like a sport. Groups may be as large as 25 people or as small as 8 people!  Some groups will meet weekly, some bi-weekly, and some monthly. This allows you to open up about your life and experiences in the company of people you have a lot in common with
How do I choose a Life Group?
As you consider the Life Group options, consider a day and time that might work best for you or your family. Some people choose a Life Group based on their stage of life, and others choose based on a day and time that works best.
Where do Life Groups meet?
Life Groups meet on any day of the week at their convenience. Life Groups meet all over the STMA area. Most LifeGroups meet in a host home of another member and some meet at Westbridge. The location of the Life Group will be displayed when you are signing up for a group.
Is childcare available?
We do not provide childcare for Life Groups. It is up to you to search for your own childcare. However, we do have some Life Groups that will pitch in for childcare together. If the Life Group offers childcare, it will be in the description of the Life Group sign up.

Interested in leading a Life Group?

Life Groups are one of the best ways for people to connect here at Westbridge, and they wouldn't be possible without people willing to lead!  You don't need to be a great speaker, a biblical scholar, or to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to connect with people and walk through the message questions together.
